Return & Exchange Policy

All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service team at support@tamforma.com.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

  • All paddles must still have the seal over the grip handle.
  • Apparel must still have their original tags attached.
  • Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchase for items purchased directly from Tamforma. Please note that only the original purchaser can initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
  • All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Additional shipping and handling charges may apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or a defective item, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit the order. If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, contact customer support to initiate a return. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be initiated by the original purchaser and will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Exceptions will be made only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped โ€” provided the issue is reported within 7 days of receipt.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for price adjustments or price matches under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the result of our error:

  • Grips & overgrips
  • Edge tapes
  • Paddle cleaners
  • Lead tape & weighted strips
  • Balls
  • Protective cases & covers
