What paddle thickness should I choose — 14mm or 16mm?
14mm paddles offer more power and a faster swing — ideal for aggressive players who like to drive and smash. 16mm paddles provide a larger sweet spot and better control — perfect for all-around play and soft game specialists. If you're unsure, 16mm is the most versatile choice.
What is a thermoformed paddle?
Thermoforming is a construction method where the paddle face and edge walls are molded together under heat and pressure, creating a single unified structure. This eliminates gaps and weak points found in traditional paddles, resulting in a more consistent feel, better durability, and increased power across the entire face.
What is a raw carbon fiber face and why does it matter?
A raw (uncoated) carbon fiber face provides a textured surface that grips the ball on contact, generating significantly more spin than smooth or coated faces. More spin means better control on dinks, drops, and serves — giving you a competitive edge on the court.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from the USA. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@tamforma.com and we'll make it right. Please note that paddles with visible use or damage from play are not eligible for return.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our website and entering your order number.
Product Care & Warranty
How do I care for my pickleball paddle?
To keep your paddle in top condition: wipe the face with a damp cloth after play to remove ball residue, avoid leaving it in extreme heat (like a hot car), use an edge guard if your paddle doesn't have foam-injected edges, and store it in a paddle cover or bag when not in use.
How long does a pickleball paddle last?
With proper care, a quality pickleball paddle typically lasts 1–3 years depending on frequency of play. Competitive players who play daily may need to replace their paddle sooner. Signs it's time for a new paddle include dead spots on the face, cracks, or a noticeable decrease in power and control.
Do your paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all Facolos paddles come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. Contact support@tamforma.com with photos if you believe your paddle has a defect.
